Shipping is free when your order total is €30 or more. For orders below €30, a €6.90 shipping fee applies.

We normally dispatch orders within 48 hours. During busy periods, processing can take a little longer, but we will email you as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery commonly takes 5–15 business days after dispatch. Times are estimates and may vary by destination, local carrier operations and customs.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 72 hours to show the first update. You can check it on 17TRACK.

Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with their original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method, normally within 5 business days after the returned item is inspected. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. If we confirm that an item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will cover reasonable, approved return shipping costs.

Check the size information and measurements on the product page before ordering. Sizing can vary between styles; if you plan to layer underneath, allow a little extra room.

Always follow the care label attached to the garment. Unless the label says otherwise, use a cool gentle wash, avoid bleach and air dry to help preserve the fabric and finish.
