These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to gladpick.com, purchases made through the site and related services. The store is operated by Grand Virtue Trading Limited ("Gladpick", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting the site, placing an order or using a related service, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
1. About our store
Gladpick is an independent online store. Advertising and other external links may lead directly to a dedicated offer page. The details, price, availability, delivery information and special conditions displayed on that offer page form part of the terms for the relevant order.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding contract in your location, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the site or services for an unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purpose; interfere with their operation or security; introduce malicious code; harvest information without authorization; impersonate another person; or infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
3. Product and offer information
We work to present descriptions, materials, dimensions, functions, compatibility, colors and images accurately and not in a false or misleading way. Screens, lighting, manufacturing tolerances and supplier updates may cause reasonable variation. Packaging may change without materially changing the product. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method. 6. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party providers using the methods displayed at checkout. You represent that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the applicable charges. Payment-provider terms may also apply. We generally do not receive or store complete card numbers.

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, duties, address responsibilities and delayed-parcel procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly identified at checkout. Risk of loss and title transfer as required by applicable law; nothing in these Terms reduces mandatory consumer protections relating to delivery.

Return eligibility, damaged or incorrect items, exclusions, cancellations and refund timing are described in our Return & Refund Policy. Any mandatory rights available under the consumer law that applies to you remain unaffected.

You agree that we may send transactional communications electronically, including order, delivery, security and policy notices. Marketing messages are sent subject to applicable consent and opt-out rules.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the greater of the amount paid for the affected order or the minimum amount required by law. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including certain liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury.
16. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the services, material violation of these Terms or infringement of another person's rights. This section does not apply to ordinary consumer use where prohibited by law.
17. Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier or customs disruption, severe weather, natural disaster, labor dispute, epidemic, governmental action, network failure or interruption of essential suppliers. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and resume performance.
18. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, a security risk or a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any separate agreement through which we provide services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Mandatory consumer rights and venue protections that apply in your country or region remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Nothing here prevents either party from using a court, regulator or dispute process available under applicable law.
20. Changes, severability and entire agreement
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, our policies and order-specific terms displayed at checkout form the agreement concerning the services and supersede prior communications on the same subject.
