These Terms of Service govern your use of GladPick and purchases made through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.
You must have legal capacity to make a purchase in your location. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or infringe another person’s rights.
We aim to present product descriptions, measurements, materials, care information, colors and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting and normal manufacturing variation may cause reasonable differences. Please review product details and size information before ordering.
Prices and the final currency are shown at checkout. Standard shipping is free for order subtotals of €30 or more; orders below €30 are charged €6.90. Taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown before payment. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly allowed.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may verify payment, availability and delivery information before acceptance. An order may be refused or cancelled for suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing or inventory error, shipping restrictions or a legal requirement. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled item, the affected amount will be refunded.
Payments are processed by the providers displayed at checkout. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method.
Processing, delivery estimates, tracking and customs information are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly stated at checkout.
Return eligibility, exchanges, damaged items and refund timing are described in the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Transactional messages may be sent about orders, delivery, security and policy updates. Promotional messages can be unsubscribed from at any time.
Site design, text, graphics, photographs, video and other content are owned by or licensed to the store and protected by applicable law. Content may not be copied, distributed or commercially exploited without permission except where allowed by law.
The store relies on third parties for hosting, payments, analytics and delivery. Their services may be governed by separate terms. External links are provided for convenience and do not imply control over third-party content.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the store is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Any liability that may lawfully be limited is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
These terms may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
