This policy explains how orders placed through GladPick are processed and delivered.
Orders are normally prepared within 48 hours. During launches, holidays or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer. Once an order has shipped, available tracking details will be sent to the email used at checkout.
Standard shipping is free when the order subtotal is €30 or more. For orders below €30, standard shipping costs €6.90. The final shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Standard delivery commonly takes 5–15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, peak-season volume or other events outside reasonable control.
Tracking may take up to 72 hours to update after dispatch. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate parcels; when available, a tracking reference will be provided for each parcel.
Please check the delivery address carefully before placing an order. Contact Support@GladPick.com promptly if a correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or handling charges. Unless checkout expressly states that these costs are included, they are the recipient’s responsibility.
If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery address, safe locations and household members before contacting the carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, email us with your order and tracking numbers so we can assist.
